Image Bank: Tickets
The live touring show has always been at the heart of the On-U Sound way of things. Freely admitting his passion for live mixing, Adrian Sherwood has taken successive generations of the label's acts and personnel out on the road to shake the nations of the world and their dancehalls: from Creation Rebel in the late 1970s to Tackhead in the 80s, the 'Pay It All Back' all-star shows of the 1990s and Ghetto Priest in the 2000s. Here are a few salvaged passports to a selection of unforgettable evenings-gone-by spent experiencing On-U music live.
I'd be really interested in receiving scans of any old old gig tickets you might have to supplement the collection here. Please contact me if you'd like to help.
